En effet, la t\u00e2che intitul\u00e9e \u00ab L&#8217;industrie laiti\u00e8re \u00bb est bas\u00e9e sur l&#8217;analyse et l&#8217;interpr\u00e9tation de documents historiques. Elle vise le travail des op\u00e9rations intellectuelles \u00c9tablir des faits, Mettre en relation des faits et D\u00e9terminer des changements et des continuit\u00e9s. \u00c0 l&#8217;aide de 8 documents, l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ve doit r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la question de travail \u00ab Quels sont les impacts de l&#8217;industrialisation et de l&#8217;urbanisation sur l&#8217;industrie laiti\u00e8re? \u00bb Pour ce faire, il doit produire affiche publicitaire. S&#8217;il d\u00e9sire int\u00e9grer les technologies, l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ve peut utiliser logiciel de dessin ou de mise en page comme PowerPoint, Impress, Keynote ou Google Pr\u00e9sentation.
